- Adding is prorated. Seats and add-ons you add are charged now for the rest of the period, then at the full price when it renews.
- Removing takes effect at the end of the period. What you remove keeps working until then and isn't charged after it. Nothing is refunded; on a yearly plan you have 7 days after buying or renewing to fix a mistake.
- New phone numbers need the Phone system add-on and a one-time identity check, which phone regulations require. Numbers stay yours, and billed, until you release them.

Questions
- Who counts as a person?
- Everyone with an active account in the workspace. Guests from other companies and people who join a meeting through a guest link are free.
- What counts as a video hour?
- One person with video on in a group call for an hour. Voice calls and 1:1 calls don’t count.
- Is AI included?
- Yes, on every plan: summaries, translations, writing help and transcripts with AI notes from your calls. Each plan comes with a monthly allowance that grows with it, shown in the table above and on the plan limits page. Admins can turn AI features off for the whole workspace.
- What happens when we outgrow a plan?
- Business is for up to 500 people and Corporate for up to 2,500. Nothing stops working when you pass the limit. We’ll get in touch to move you to the next plan.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade any time and you’re charged the difference for the rest of the period. If you move back to Free, nothing is deleted, but history beyond 90 days is hidden until you upgrade again.

- Step-by-step guides for every feature are in the docs, along with an assistant that answers questions from them.
